基于和利时系统的模糊自适应PID防喘振控制

摘要 针对固定极限流量防喘振控制能量浪费严重,而可变极限流量控制的比例积分控制器不能很快地响应工作点向控制线的移动,又需安全裕度比较大(>13%)的问题;利用和利时DCS系统模块丰富、组态灵活的特点,设计出自适应模糊PID控制器,根据偏差及偏差的变化,协调好PID参数,实现离心式空压机的防喘振控制;避免了过多回流,同时也保证了机组的安全。 Aimed at the troubles of anti-surge control with fixed limiting flow wasting energy seriously,with variable maximum flow requiring a big range safety(13%)for PI controller couldn't response quickly to the movement of working time bound guideline.The fuzzy Self-adaptive PID controller has been designed under Hollsys System with rich modules and configuration flexibility,which can revise PID parameter according to the error and the change of the error,It has obtained a good performance in Anti-surge control of centrifugal compressor,avoid excessive return,but also ensures the safety.
