摘要
针对由于倍流整流电路的开关死区时间,使得一般的自驱动无法提供同步整流管驱动信号,导致体二极管导通,从而降低同步整流效率的问题,研究了一种新型的倍流同步整流自驱动电路,介绍了其工作原理,分析了影响同步整流驱动信号质量的参数。仿真和实验验证了该方案的可行性。
During the dead time of current-doubler converter,self-driven can't provide driven signal of synchronous rectifier MOSFET,that leads to body diode turn on,and as a consequence,the effciency is lowered.To solve this problem,This paper studies a new synchronous rectifier self-driven circuit,and introduces the working principle of topology,then analyzes the parameters,impacting the driven signal.The feasibility of current-doubler self-driven converter design has been verified through simulation and experiment.
