摘要
针对全桥移相软开关变换器存在滞后桥臂难以实现ZVS,提出了一种新型的全桥移相ZVS变换器拓扑结构。论述了所提出拓扑结构的工作原理、工作过程,对主要器件进行了参数选择,根据所选取参数对主电路进行研究,给出了主要波形,实验结果验证了电路分析的正确性和设计的可行性。
Aiming at the difficulty of ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) for the lagging leg of phase-shifted full bridge software converter,a novel topology of full-bridge phase-shifted zero-voltage converter is proposed.The topology,operating principle are explained.According to the selected parameters is carried out,and the correctness of the circuit analysis and the feasibility are verified by the results.
