摘要
设计了真空刚玉管式炉和真空石墨炉。真空刚玉管式炉不适于进行氧化铝的碳热还原-氯化-歧化反应。真空石墨炉成功用于利用该反应提取铝的实验研究,其高温反应区的温度可以控制在25℃~1570±2℃的范围内,其三氯化铝升华区的温度可以控制在25℃~200±2℃的范围内,且真空石墨炉操作方便。
A vacuum corundum tube furnace and a vacuum graphite furnace were designed.The former was not suitable for the carbothermal reduction-chlorination-disproportionation of alumina.The latter was used successfully in the experiments of the production of aluminium by the reactions,of which the high temperature zone for formation of aluminium subchloride could be controlled at 25℃~1570±2℃,of which the zone for sublimation of aluminium trichloride could be controlled at 25℃~200±2℃.Furthermore,it was easy to operate the vacuum graphite furnace.
