摘要 【目的】采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地蕨麻中蕨麻苷的含量。【方法】色谱柱为ODS柱,流动相为乙腈:水:磷酸=52.5:47.5:0.2,检测波长208 nm。【结果】蕨麻苷峰面积与其进样浓度在10~100μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=15837C-3339,r=0.9998,n=5);平均回收率为98.17%(n=5,RSD=1.71%)。【结论】本法准确,简单,灵敏度高,可用药材的质量控制。不同产地蕨麻中以西藏产药材中蕨麻苷含量最高。 【Objective】To establish a method for the determination of anserinoside in Potentilla anserina L from different areas by HPLC.【Methods】The chromatographic system consisted of an ODS column and a mobile phase of acetonitril water:phosphote acid =52.7:47.5:0.2 with the detector set at 208 nm.【Results】The calibration curve was A=15837C-3339,r=0.9998,in which A was the peak area and C was the concentration of anserinoside injected into HPLC;average recovery was 98.17 %(n=5,RSD=1.71 %,n=5).【Conclusion】The results show that this analysis method was accurate and simple,which is fit for quality control of Potentilla anserinaL.And the concentration of anserinoside in Potentilla anserinaL from Tibet jiangda is higher than that from other areas.
