摘要
在1 MW的流化床(CFB)燃烧试验台试烧石油焦和油页岩混合燃料,研究不同掺烧比例的燃烧特性,以确定实炉试烧时的掺烧比例。试验表明,随着油页岩掺烧比例的增加,燃烧的稳定性降低,床温波动增剧,试验所得燃烧效率逐渐降低,飞灰对受热面磨损加剧,床温波动对脱硫效率造成影响。综合考虑油页岩掺烧比例对这些因素的影响,确定实炉试烧混合燃料中油页岩掺烧比例不应大于30%。
Experiment on the mixture fuel of petroleum coke and oil shale was completed on 1 MW fluidized-bed combustion(CFB).Study on combustion property of different blend proportion fuel of petroleum coke and oil shale,to determine the blend proportion when the real furnace is burnning.The experiment results show that,along with the increase of mixed burn proportion oil shale,the combustion stability reduced,the bed temperature fluctuations increased dramatically,the experiment combustion efficiency gradually reduced,fly ash intensifies the heating-surface wear,bed temperature fluctuations influence of the desulfurization efficiency.Comprehensive consideration of the oil shale proportion on impact of these factors,determine the oil shale blending proportion on the real furnace burning should not exceed 30 %.
