安博维对高血糖伴肾功能不全大鼠的保护作用

Protective Effects of Irbesartan on Diabetic Nephropathy in Streptozotocin-induced Diabetic Rats

【目的】研究安博维、安体舒通对糖尿病肾病肾功能不全模型大鼠肾脏功能的保护作用。【方法】将大鼠随机分为4组,即假手术组、糖尿病模型组、安博维治疗组、安体舒通治疗组,在结扎左侧肾脏合并高脂高糖饲养3周的基础上,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)法建立糖尿病大鼠模型。收集各组血、尿,生化方法检测血糖、血肌酐、血尿素氮、尿糖、尿白蛋白、尿肌酐以及肌酐清除率等相关指标。【结果】建模成功后,通过生化指标结果比较,安博维治疗组与假手术组、糖尿病模型组、安体舒通治疗组大鼠比较,安博维对STZ糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能的保护作用与其它各组相比,生化指标的均数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】安博维对STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠肾脏损伤有明显的改善作用。

【Objective】To investigate the protective effects of irbesartan and spironolactone on the kidney in streptozotocin（STZ）-induced diabetic rats.【Methods】Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups：sham operation group,diabetic model group,irbesartan-treated group and spironolactone-treated group.Diabetes was induced by a single injection of STZ in rats.The biochemical methods were used to measure the contents of BG,Cr,BUN,U-GLU and Ccr.【Results】Modeling after the success,through the biochemical indicators result comparison,irbesartan-treated group has protection on STZ diabetic rats kidney function compared with other groups,biochemical indexes mean difference is statistically significant（P0.05）,pathology examination and electron microscopy examination results are obvious curative effect.【Conclusion】Compared to the diabetic model group,irbesartan has protective effects on kidneys injure of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats.
