摘要 【目的】探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学方法在内科学课间见习教学中的效果。【方法】临床医学专业64名学生分别设为实验组(32名)和对照组(32名),实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,通过考试、问卷调查方式评价教学效果。【结果】实验组和对照组考试成绩无明显差异,问卷调查中实验组在临床技能方面明显优于对照组。【结论】PBL教学法较传统教学法在提高学生的临床技能方面有明显的优势,而不会影响医学基础知识的学习。 【Objective】To explore the effect of application of problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in internal medicine practice.【Methods】64 clinic medical students were divided into two groups:experimental group(n=32) which was taught by PBL teaching method and contrast group(n=32) which was taught by traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was assessed by test and questionnaire.【Results】The test score had no significant difference between the two groups.The questionnaire indicated the experimental group was better than the contrast group in clinic skills.【Conclusion】PBL has obvious advantage over traditional teaching method in improving clinic skills without impacting the learning of medical basic knowledge.
