在公共文化服务体系中,地方文献作为地方资源具有它的独特性,反映了地方政治、经济、文化、教育、社会和历史等方面的发展与积淀。从提高地方文献利用率的视角出发,探讨了图书馆如何在保留传统服务模式的基础上,通过系统分析与研究,开发、建立新的服务层次和服务模式,开展形式多样的社会化活动。

In public cultural service system,the local literature,being as a kind of local resources,has its own uniqueness reflecting the development and accumulation of local politics,economics,culture,education,society and history.Starting from the angle of increasing the utilization ratio of local literature,this paper probes into how the library to develop and establish the new service level and service mode and conduct various forms of social activities based on preserving traditional service mode and through systematic analysis and study.
