The hybrid library formed by the combination of traditional library and digital library is the development mode of the future library.The local university library should enhance the quality of the librarians＇ team,constantly strengthen the database construction and the system construction,integrate the digital resources and paper resources,truly realize the resources sharing under the network environment,perfect the construction of university library＇s literature system,increase the utilization ratio of literature resources,and realization the biggest social benefits of its own.
