基于模糊综合评价法的贵州省科研机构创新绩效评价指标体系

The Innovation Performance Evaluation Index System for Scientific Research Institutions in Guizhou Province Based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

通过对科研机构自主创新能力重要性的阐述,以贵州省科研机构为例,根据贵州省科研机构自身的特点,提出贵州省科研机构创新绩效评价指标体系的评价重点、考核对象、设计原则和指标框架,并运用模糊综合评价法对该指标体系设计了评价模型,对进一步提升贵州省科研机构创新绩效水平提供了依据,具有较强的实践指导意义。

Through expounding the importance of scientific research institutions＇ independent innovation capability,and taking the scientific research institutions in Guizhou Province as the example,and based on the characteristics of the scientific research institutions in Guizhou Province,this paper puts forward the evaluation emphases,evaluation objects,design principles and index frames of the innovation performance evaluation index system for scientific research institutions in Guizhou Province,and by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,designs the evaluation model,which provides a basis for further raising the innovation performance level of the scientific research institutions in Guizhou Province and possesses stronger practical significance.
