提出利用电话网传递报警信息的方案，并给出了详细的电路设计方法。它可用于家庭、办公室及仓库的安全报警。
A scheme of telephone network to transmit warning information is put forward.the circuit design method is given in detail.It is suited for warning safely to household,office and storehouse.
