介绍了国内外学科馆员的发展渊源与时代背景,简要论述了学科馆员的内涵和职能。在此基础上,提出了学科馆员服务模式,并详细阐述了初级学科馆员、中级学科馆员、高级学科馆员的服务模式。

This paper introduces the development origin and background of subject librarian,briefly discusses the connotation and functions of subject librarian,and based on this,puts forward in detail the service modes of the junior subject librarian,intermediate subject librarian and senior subject librarian.
