摘要
为了实现复合底不锈钢锅高温坯料的上下料自动化,在分析复合底不锈钢锅高温坯料人工传输存在问题的基础上,提出压焊加工高温坯料自动上下料方案,并进行了高温坯料夹持机构、上下料机械手工作循环、机械手与压力机联动控制等方案设计。
In order to auto loading and unloading the rough part of composite bottom stainless steel pot with high-temperature,we proposed a high-temperature rough parts bonding process using automatic loading and unloading program on the base of the analysis in problems of composite bottom stainless steel pot artificial transmission.And we also make a design of the holding mechanism of high temperature,loading and unloading manipulator work cycle,the manipulator joint control with the press machine.
