摘要
熔融沉积成型(FDM)是一种应用广泛的快速成型方法,零件是靠其喷头逐层喷挤熔融态的粘结剂、热缩性材料等成型的。其逐层累积过程中,喷头有大量的空行程,因而合理的填充路径对提高成型效率无疑有重要意义;另外合理的路径还能改善设备工作状态,提高快速成型机的使用寿命。提出了一种简捷有效的填充路径的方法,可以应用于扩展或开发快速成型机中。
In the current,Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM) is the most widely used method of rapid prototyping,part is squeezed through the nozzle spray molten layer binder,heat-shrinkable material such as molding.The accumulated layer by layer process,the nozzles do a lot of air path,thus filling a reasonable path to improve the forming efficiency is undoubtedly of great significance;In addition,reasonable path can improve the equipment working state and improve the life of rapid prototyping machines.This paper presents a simple and effective method of filling path,This method is applied to expansion or development of rapid prototyping.
