摘要
针对从荷兰的DORR-OLIVER公司引进的预涂式真空转鼓过滤机的皮带调速齿轮电机的调速系统出现的问题,采用FRN2.2G11S-4CX富士变频器的变频调速系统,选择合适的Y100L/4驱动电机,设置变频工频切换电路,进行设备调速的技术改造。经过了5年多的实践,证明技改后的设备运转稳定正常,操作简单,控制高效,维护方便,节能降耗。
According to the speed control system problems of the belt speed gear motor of the pre-coated vacuum drum filter introduced from the DORR-OLIVER company in Netherlands,the use of FRN2.2G11S-4CX Fuji inverter frequency control system,the selection of the Y100L / 4 drive motor,and the setting of frequency /frequency conversion switching circuit,carry out the device speed of technological transformation.After more than 5 years of practice,technical improvements of the equipment proved stable and normal operation,simple operation,control efficiency,easy maintenance and energy saving.
