摘要
针对目前中小型水厂的需求及实际情况,以FPGA作为核心控制单元,并在其中定制Nios Ⅱ软核处理器,设计了一种新型污水处理数据采集系统。此系统具有开关量和模拟量的采集及输出功能,通过SPI总线与上位机通信。通过移植μC/OSⅡ嵌入式实时操作系统,实现多任务调度。经过实验验证,系统实现了预期功能,具有良好的灵活性和性价比。
A new sewage treatment data acquisition system was designed according to the needs and actual situation of small and medium water plant for now.FPGA was used as core control unit,in which Nios Ⅱ softcore processor was customized.This system has function of collecting and outputting both switching value and analog value.It communicates with host computer through SPI bus.Multi-task scheduling was realized by transplanting μC/OSⅡ embedded real-Time operating system.Experimental results show that the system achieves the desired functionality.It has good flexibility and cost-effective.
