In this paper the operational mechanism,performance and application of the instrument is described.The instrument has features of low device noise and drift,as well as wide frequency spectrum.It can also be used to measure the AC voltage signal with superimposed DC component.Due to the outstanding features in both hardware and software design and technology,the instrument can precisely measure the virtual value of the microvolt DC or AC signal.It has been proved to be very effective for the calibration of infrarad detectors.In the area of precise measurement it belongs to the digital and intelligent instrument.
