摘要
对航空发动机高温部件系统模拟技术进行研究,在涡轮等高温部件及其冷却系统组成的流固系统研究中采用整体域划分思路,并对两部分组成的整体域统一求解.将该方法在某模型中进行分析验证,应用到某涡轮系统及周围冷却空气模拟中,并对强弱耦合两种耦合模拟方法的结果进行了比较分析.
The method to simulate the air system of jet engine was studied, and new approach was applied into the combined fluid area and solid area to predict the characteristic of high temperature components and the cooling air quations of solid components and the cooling air system of jet engine. The conservation esystem were solved in a coupled manner. The method was validated and then was applied to predict the characteristics of turbine disk in engine, and meanwhile the comparison between the simulated results from the strongly coupled method and the weakly coupled method was worked out.
