摘要
本文从性能指标出发,综述了数字存储示波器的技术特点和总体评价技术的发展状况,关于数字存储示波器校准与评价的几种不太适当的观点被详细讨论和分析。然后,描述了其总体评价指标,诸如静态特性、动态持性、瞬态特性、噪声和抗干扰特性、触发特性及其它几种特性。并提出了对数字存储示波器性能指标的两种分类方法,介绍了其它几种相关的可用于数字存储示波器评价的数字化测量设备评价方法,它们是拍频法、FFT变换法。
In this paper,the general evaluation measurement of Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO) is discussed.First of all,the technical specification of DSO is introduced.And then,some unacceptable views about the DSO calibration and evaluation are discussed in detail.Finally,the general evaluation of DSO is described on specifications,such as static specifications,dynamic performance,transient performance,noise interference characteristics,triggering specialties,and others.Also two methods to classify the characters performances of Digital Storage Oscilloscope are proposed,and some other evaluations about digital measurement devices is introduced.They are beat frequency method,FFT method,Walsh transform method,Histogram method,etc.
