摘要
提出了一种小波变换中Ｍａｌｌａｔ算法的图像数据压缩方法。这种方法通过对图像进行多尺度描述，可实现时／频局部化特性，可使图像具有很高的压缩比和质量。
An image data compression method of Mallat algorithmin the wavelet trsformation is given. The multiple-dimensioned description of this method can realize the localization of time and frequency, and give the image a very high compression ratio and higtquality.
