摘要
银行排队现象是当代社会关注的焦点问题之一。随着国内、国际金融市场的进一步融合,国外银行成熟的服务管理已经对国内银行产生了强大的冲击力,能否有效解决银行排队问题不仅仅涉及到社会民生问题,还严重影响到我国银行的竞争力和生存与发展。本文以银行排队现象为切入点,从宏观经济、客户和银行本身等方面深入分析了排队现象的成因并提出针对性的对策和建议。本研究将为如何解决银行排队现象,提高银行整体服务质量和服务水平,提升我国银行的竞争力提供借鉴和参考。
The phenomenon of bank queues is one of the focuses in contemporary society. With the further integration of domestic and international financial markets, the mature service management of foreign banks has had a strong impact on the domestic banks. Weather the problem of bank queues can be effectively solved, will not only be related to social livelihood issues but also seriously affects the competitiveness and survival and development of Chinese banks. The paper starts from the phenomenon of bank queues, analyzes causes of the issue of bank queues from aspects of macroeconomic, people and banks etc., and provides the countermeasures and suggestions aming to the issue. This research will provide references for resolving the problem of bank queues, improving the whole service quality and service level, and promoting the competitiveness of banks in China.
