摘要
薪酬机制不仅是商业银行激励机制重要组成部分,也是商业银行治理结构的重要组成部分。文章通过对中美大型商业银行薪酬激励机制进行比较分析,提出进一步完善我国商业银行薪酬激励机制的建议。
The salary-incentive mechanism is not only an important component of incentives, but also an important part of governance structure in commercial banks. According to a comparative study on the salaryincentive mechanism of large commercial banks between China and American, we propose some advice to perfect it.
