席卷全球的金融危机对我国的影响日益深刻,而应对与此,货币政策手段效果并不显著,因此,财政政策的运用至关重要,是不可替代的政策工具,也蔚为有效。近几年来,对我国应对金融危机实施财政政策的研究很多,主要集中在:应对金融危机,如何选择财政政策;实行什么样的财政政策;如何实现财政政策与货币政策的有效组合;如何提高财政政策有效性;如何降低财政危机风险等几个方面。

The financial crisis that deeply sweep across the global impacts on our country day by day.But monetary policy is not prominent.So,the application of the financial policy is essential,irreplaceable,extremely effective.In recent years,the research of the financial policy to deal with the financial crisis in our country,mainly concentrate on several aspects.
