结合纳滤膜法除硝装置的特点及芒硝脱水干燥的相变过程,提出了芒硝加工技术的工艺设计思路,确定工艺路线,解决了新疆天业化工园区的芒硝滞销问题;并对关键设备进行了介绍,说明了投资项目预期收益。

Based on the characteristics of sodium sulfate removal devices by nanofihration membrane process and the phase transition during dewatering and drying sodium sulfate, the design ideas of sodium sulfate processing technology are proposed and production process is determined in order to solve the overstocked sodium sulfate in Xinjiang Tianye Chemical Industry Park. The main devices are introduced. The anticipated profits of the project are explained.
