摘要
针对天津市武清区大黄堡湿地自然保护区的水域进行底栖动物种类区系组成、现存量(密度、生物量)及分布进行了调查研究.两次调查共采集到35种底栖动物,其中水生昆虫19种,水生寡毛类7种,软体动物6种,水生线虫、线形虫和介形虫各1种.结合相似水体研究结果比较并辅以生物指数分析,对调查水域进行了水生态环境质量评价.结果表明,目前大黄堡湿地自然保护区的水质可初步划定为中-富营养型.同时提出了大黄堡湿地自然保护区环境管理和改善水质的措施建议.
Current faunistic,standing crop(density and biomass)and distribution of zooplankton, in Dahuangpu Wetland Natural Conservation,Wuqing,Tianjin are studied.There are 35 species of Zoobenthos,including 19 species of aquatic insects,7 species of aquatic oligochates,6 species of mollusks and 1 species of aquatic nematode,aquatic nematomorpha and Ostracoda.Biodiversity Index analysis and evaluations are performed.Based on the present study and comparing the investigated data with analogical water bodies,an ecological and environmental status on the wetland area is assessed and evaluated.The research result suggests that the water quality of the area can be delimited to mesotrophic to eutrophic type.An aggravated eutrophication tendency is obviously.Environmental managing strategies are suggested.
