不锈钢基底上TiO_2涂层的制备研究

摘要 针对TiO_2催化剂在不锈钢基底负载不牢固、易于脱落的问题,采用自制的无机磷酸铝盐粘结剂,利用浸渍提拉法制备了TiO_2涂层,考察了粘结剂P/Al、粘结剂添加量、煅烧温度、煅烧气氛及不锈钢基底预热处理对涂层牢固性的影响.结果表明,P/Al摩尔比为3,粘结剂添加量为5%,在300℃下煅烧60 min制得的TiO_2脱落率为9.4%,负载较为牢固;对不锈钢进行700℃预热处理再负载,可以提高磷酸含量较高的粘结剂(P/Al摩尔比=5)材料的牢固性. The present research focused on the preparation of TiO_2 coatings on stainless steel substrate.The combination performance of the coatings were studied.TiO_2 was immobilized firmly on stainless steel substrate via dip-coating method,with inorganic aluminum phosphates adhesive as the binder.The results showed that TiO_2 coatings was quite adhesive when P/Al molar ratio=3,5%of addition amout,calcining treating at 300℃for 60 min,the weight loss was only 9.4%under ultrasonic vibration for 30 min.For TiO_2 coatings with high P/Al (P/Al=5),the surface adhesion between TiO_2 and substrate tend to be enhanced after the stainless steel substrate were treated at 700℃.
