摘要
对两边有对称凹槽结构的纳米狭缝的透射特性进行研究,讨论了凹槽的个数、宽度以及深度对平面电磁波透过率的影响.采用二维时域有限差分法进行数值模拟,给出透过率极大的条件.
According to the finite difference time domain (FTDT) method, the transmission of the subwavelength slit surrounded by grooves in perfect metal film was studied. We analyzed the influence of the geometrical parameters on the input surface on transmission, including the number of the grooves, the width of the grooves and the depth of the grooves.
