摘要
食品安全是关系到人们健康的重大问题,而食品安全管理体系是食品安全管理的基础.自中国加入WTO后,中国食品加工企业管理逐渐与国际上先进的食品安全管理体系接轨,建立起了符合中国企业自身特点的食品安全管理体系.本文对食品企业在运行食品安全体系过程中存在的问题进行了分析,针对中国食品企业的具体状况,提出了提高食品安全管理体系运行有效性的一些改进措施与建议,对食品安全管理体系的建立和运行有一定的指导和借鉴意义.
Food safety is an important issue involving the public health. And food safety management system is the basis of food safety management. Since China' s accessing to the WTO, the management of food process enterprise in China was in line with international advanced food safety management system. A food safety management system with the character of Chinese special enterprise was developed. The main existing problems with enterprise running food safety management system were analyzed in this article, and suggestion to improve the validity of running the system were proposed, which gave some guidance and instruction to develop and run the food safety system.
