摘要
为克服阀控非对称液压缸电液伺服系统的本质非线性,改善系统的动态性能,根据液压缸活塞杆的不同运动方向分别给出相应的三维模糊控制器来控制该系统,在实验中使用压力反馈的方法来提高系统的阻尼比,实验表明这种方法不仅有效地解决了系统的不对称性,而且改善了系统的动态性能。
In order to overcome the asymmetry of the electrohydraulic servo system with valve controlled asymmetric cylinder and to improve the performance of the system,this paper presents two 3D fuzzy controllers according to the different moving direction of the cylinder’s piston.At the same time,the method of pressure feedback is used to raise system’s damping ration.The experimental results show that this control strategy not only overcomes the system’s asymmetry but also improves the dynamic performance of the system.
