摘要
针对复杂多曲面3 轴粗加工方法的刀轨自动生成问题,提出一种刀具轨迹的优化算法。该算法主要研究层切法粗加工各切削层刀轨的合理规划和进刀方式的选取,运用该算法可以自动生成复杂多曲面3 轴粗加工的有效刀轨, 算法简单、可靠。
According with the tool path generation in the 3 axis rough milling of complex multi surfaces,the article presents an algorithm on the optimization of tool path. The algorithm takes emphasis on the valuable arrangement of tool path and the choice of engage methods on every layer for the layer rough milling.On the basis of these,a proficient tool path of 3 axis rough milling of complex multi surfaces can be automatically generated.The algorithm is easy to run and dependable.
