摘要
研制基于可视化的摩托车整车工作状态下的振动测试分析系统,可以客观测试与评价摩托车的振动状况, 评价摩托车的乘坐舒适性, 寻找振动薄弱环节, 缩短摩托车新产品开发周期。测试系统实现了摩托车的几何结构建模、工作状态下的振动测试与可视化分析、摩托车振动评价, 并通过因特网初步实现了摩托车振动的远程诊断。
The visualized vibration testing and analyzing system for the operating motorcycle, can objectively measure and assess motorcycle vibration state, evaluate its comfort,identify vibration weakness, and shorten the developing period of a fresh motorcycle. Vibration testing system has functions of finding motorcycle geometry model,testing the operating vibration and analyzing visualization, and assessing motorcycle vibration. The system also achieves remote vibration diagnosis for motorcycle by INTERNET.
