无边落木萧萧下,不尽长江滚滚来。长江一泻千里,豪情万丈,流经华夏大地,孕育了上下五千年的灿烂、辉煌。如今,百舸争流、千帆竞发的长江已是我国物流体系的重要组成部分。今年1月21日．《国务院关于加快长江等内河水运发展的意见》正式公布，长江等内河水运迎来了加快发展的“黄金十年”。根据《意见》，到2020年．长江干线航道将得到系统治理，成为综合运输体系的骨干、对外开放的通道和优势产业集聚的依托。长江等内河主要港口和部分地区重要港口建成规模化、专业化、现代化港区。运输船舶实现标准化。大型化，长江干线运输船舶平均吨位超过2000吨。
