氧应激与肝性脑病关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 肝性脑病(HE)是一种严重的肝脏衰竭综合征,临床表现为一系列神经精神病学和神经肌肉症状。肝性脑病的病理生理学基础尚不明确,目前普遍认为氨起到关键作用。最近,大量证据提示氧应激在肝性脑病的病理生理级联反应中发挥重要作用。
