异维A酸联合氧氟沙星治疗性病后慢性前列腺炎疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 淋病及非淋菌性尿道炎经正规治疗后，尿道拭子检测阴性，而仍然有会阴、下腹、阴茎、龟头、睾丸、肛门、骶部疼痛，射精不适、排尿不畅或尿痛等症状。经采用两杯法排除尿道炎和膀胱炎，EPS中白细胞≥10个／HP，可诊断为性病后慢性前列腺炎。^1,2我们于2008年6月至2009年10月应用异维A酸胶丸联合氧氟沙星缓释片口服治疗性病后慢性前列腺炎，取得较好疗效，结果报道如下。
