摘要
目的了解综合责任制考评在医院奖金分配中的作用。方法通过建立综合责任制考评管理标准,对各科室进行目标考核。结果增强了全院员工的质量意识、管理意识及服务意识提高了医疗服务质量结论强化科室综合责任制管理,提高医院核心竞争力。
Objective To discuss the function of general responsibility regulations in bonus allocation. Methods Set the evaluation system and evaluate the ward with the system.Results The evaluation has improved the service quality.Conclusions The general responsibility regulation can improve the core competence.
