文章介绍流程管理(process management)的概念,并将该理论引入到发热门诊管理中,对发热门诊流程从管理层面进行优化和改进,对效果进行分析评价,同时,笔者在实践过程中得到体会,为综合医院优化发热门诊流程提供借鉴。

The process management was introduced in the article,and was applied to optimizing and improving the management of fever out - patient clinic from the management level.We evaluated the effect and concluded some experiences in order to provide reference for improvement of management of fever out - patient clinic in the general hospital.
