舰艇军医培训班教学问卷调查的结果分析与思考 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索通过调查问卷的方法了解舰艇军医的思想状况及对教学的建议,发现和寻找目前培训中存在的不足,进而可以更有针对性的开展教学活动。方法 2010年10月,对全军各舰艇部队选送的舰艇军医培训班学员29名,采用自制的问卷按照不记名的方式进行问卷调查。结果共回收合格调查问卷27份。通过调查发现,目前舰艇军医教学存在着教学内容设置不合理,教学模式陈旧,教学重点不突出等问题,目前的教学方式及方法需进行调整。结论调查问卷是一种非常简单实用的方式,可以帮助教员了解学员的思想动态,从而更有针对性的开展教学活动。针对调查中发现的主要问题,建议应加强舰艇军医的临床技能培训,采用以CBL教学法为主的多种教学法提高培训的效果以及采用OSCE考试对培训的结果进行客观标准化考核。 Objective In order to investigate the naval medical doctors(NMD) thought for naval medical training,a questionnaire was made to perform in this survey.Methods There were total 29 naval medical doctors involved in this study.They all came from navy army across the country.The questionnaire was made by department. The survey was performed by anonymous style.Results There were total 27 questionnaires handed in.The survey indicated that there were some problems existed in teaching points,teaching methods and contents of course. The results showed that the current teaching methods and teaching pattern for NMD should be reformed in order to fit the needs of NMD.Conclusions The questionnaire was an easy -preformed and simple way in helping teacher to know the students thoughts and suggestions to education.In terms of the problems found by this survey,we suggested that the training of NMD essential skill should be well - enhanced.CBL and OSCE methods also can be used for NMD in order to improve training quality.
