摘要
目的分析Kimura’s病的放疗疗效。方法回顾性分析了1971~1998年放疗的7例病人,使用低能X线、电子线或高能X线治疗,剂量10~40Gy。结果剂量低于20Gy者均复发,照射10Gy者病变基本无变化,而剂量高于20Gy者肿块基本消失.剂量高于30Gy者,疗毕即消,全部病人存活。结论本文研究表明,放疗对Kimura’s病疗效很好.剂量应为20~30Gy,放疗可做为Kimura’s病的首选治疗。
Objective To analyse the results of Kimura's disease after irradiation. Methods From 1971 to 1998. 7 patients with kimura's disease were treated with low energy X-ray electron beam or high energy X-ray. The total dose of 10~40Gy was delivered and the therapeutic effects were retrospectively reviewed. Results The lesions recurred when total dose lower than 20Gy and showed no change when the total dose was 10Gy. However, lesions completely disappeared when the total dose higher than 20Gy. Furthermore, lesions disappeared immediately after radiotherapy when the total dose higher than 30Gy. All patients are alive now. Conclusion Radiotherapy is an effective treatment for kimura's disease with an optimum dosage of 20~30Gy. Radiotherapy should be the first selective treatment for kimura's disease.[
