摘要
《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》的颁布实施为我国农民专业合作社的发展提供了法律保障和支持。但因为社员权、监事会(执行监事)以及经营者义务与责任的相关规定的不足,广大社员的合法权益极易遭受到合作社经营者的侵害。因此,必须对现行立法作出相应的改进和完善。
Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Farmers＇ Professional Cooperatives has provided legal protection to members of Farmers＇ Professional Cooperatives.However,due to the lack of relevant rules,the members＇ rights are likely to be violated.Thus it is important that the present law be revised and perfected.
