摘要 目的探讨CR及多层螺旋CT薄层平扫及SSD三维重建在外伤性肋骨骨折中的应用价值及对比分析。方法回顾性分析在我院分别进行CR、螺旋CT薄层扫描及三维重建的36例肋骨骨折患者的影像资料,比较骨折的检出率。结果 36患者中,CR检查明确诊断骨折69处,诊断准确率85.18%;螺旋CT薄层扫描明确诊断总骨折81处,诊断准确率100%;SSD三维重建诊断骨折79处,诊断准确率97.53%。CR与螺旋CT薄扫比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);CT薄扫与SSD重建比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT平扫及三维重建,能够立体、直观、多角度地显示肋骨骨折,且对骨折的检出率明显高于CR检查,是肋骨骨折首选的、比较可靠的检查方法。 Objective To investigate the applications of CR and lamellar scan of multi-slice spiral CT and SSD reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT in rib fracture.Methods CR and CT image data of 36 cases with rib fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Detected rate of fractures were compared.Results 69 rib fractures in 36 patients were specifically displayed by CR,Accurate rate is 85.18%.81 fractures were specifically detected by lamellar scan of multi-slice spiral CT,Accurate rate is 100%.79 fractures were specifically detected by SSD reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT,Accurate rate is 97.53%,Statistical difference between CR and lamellar scan of multi-slice spiral CT is value(P0.05).have no statistical difference between lamellar scan and SSD reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT(P0.05).Conclusion 3D reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT can display rib fracture through stereo direct-viewing and multi-angle.And the detected rate of rib fracture is higher than by CR.Which is the first chose and relatively safe of differential diagnosis for rib fracture.
