宫术宁胶棒在绝经后妇女取环术中的应用

Appliation of Gongshuning Glue Stick in Postmenopausal Women after Ring Extraction

目的观察绝经后妇女取环术中应用宫术宁胶棒(宫颈扩张棒)的临床效果。方法选择来我所要求取环的绝经妇女共260例。随机分为两组:观察组130例,为宫术宁胶棒联合尼尔雌醇;对照组130例,为尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇。观察两组术中宫颈软化扩张情况、镇痛效果、综合反应程度、取器效果。结果观察组宫颈软化、扩张、镇痛、综合反应与对照组比较差别,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫术宁胶棒联合尼尔雌醇用于绝经后妇女取IUD,宫颈扩张好、痛苦轻、效果满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gongshuning glue stick（cervical dilated stick） intraoperative of ring extraction in postmenopausal women.Methods 260 cases of postmenopausal women were andomly divided into two groups,130 cases of the observation group,Gongshuning glue stick combined with nilestriol.Control group were 130 cases,nilestriol combined with misoprostol.Patients were observed in cervical dilatation and softening,analgesic effect,comprehensive response level,therapeutic effect of extraction.Results The cervical softening,expansion,analgesia,comprehensive response in study group compared with the control group were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The method Gongshuning glue stick combined with nilestriol has good effect in postmenopausal women with IUD.
