杜冷丁在中期孕引产中的应用及效果

Effect of Pethidine on Termination of Second Trimester Pregnancy

目的比较中孕引产中使用和未使用杜冷丁的两组临床病例,评价杜冷丁的临床效果及安全性。方法从妊娠18～26周的要求引产者中选取60例,分为未使用杜冷丁(对照组为A组,n=30)和使用杜冷丁(试验组为B组,n=30),对两组进行临床观察。结果 B组比A组出现规律宫缩时的情绪稳定,出现规律宫缩至胎儿娩出时间平均缩短2.5 h,阴道出血量小,引产成功率高,不良反应发生率低。结论杜冷丁用于中期孕引产能明显缩短引产时间,宫缩的阵痛轻,阴道出血量少,产后宫缩好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of clonidine on termination of second trimester pregnancy.Methods 60 cases of the patients who required induction,from 18~26 weeks of gestation,were selected and divided into not clonidine group（control group,A group,n=30） and pethidine group（experimental group,B group,n=30）.All cases were performed clinical observation.Results The emotional stability in B group when the regular contractions occur is better than A group.The average time reduce 2.5 hours,a small amount of vaginal bleeding,labor induction success rate,low incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Pethidine for the medium-term pregnancy can shorten the induction time,uterine pains light,less bleeding,postpartum uterine contraction good.It is worthy of clinical application.
