摘要
目的分析众多学者的研究成果,总结负压封闭引流技术对深度烧伤创面治疗的最佳条件。方法本组21例患者采用负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)处理浅表创面和用于深部引流。结果 21例患者创面经持续负压引流后,更换创面引流装置最少1次,最多4次,创面新鲜后,行自体皮植皮术或皮瓣转移术,术后Ⅰ期封闭创面。结论 VSD技术治疗深度烧伤创面,操作简便,易于掌握,远优于常规治疗。
Objective To analyze the numerous scholar＇s research results,summarizes the treatment optimum condition of the VSD technology in the treatment of deep burn injured area.Methods 21 patients with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） technology for the treatment of superficial wounds and deep drainage.Results 21 patients by continuous negative pressure wound drainage,replacement of at least 1 wound drainage devices,up to 4 times the fresh wounds underwent autologous skin graft or skin flap surgery,postoperative a closed wound.Conclusion VSD treatment of deep burn wounds is simple,easy to master,far superior to conventional therapy.
