摘要
目的应用中医中药结合化学药物治疗肺癌，以提高肺癌的缓解率，减少化疗的副作用。方法肺癌病人73例，分为两组，观察组50例，对照组23例。观察组根据中医辨证．给予不同的中药；对照组只用化学药物治疗。结果观察组完全缓解12例占24％，部分缓解23例占46％，总缓解率为70％；对照组完全缓解4例占17．4％，部分缓解8例占34．8％．总缓解率为52．2％。结论应用中药结合化学药物治疗肺癌能提高对肺癌治疗的总缓解率，同时提高对化疗的耐受性。
Objective We used traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemical drugs to treat cancer of lung, so as to increase the remission rate of the lung cancer. Methods 73 cases of lung cancer were randomized into observation group using traditional drugs plus chemical drugs and contrast group using chemical drugs only. Results in the group of observation CR was 12 cases, PR was 23 cases out of 50 patients,CR+ PR was 70%;In the group of contrast CR was 4 cases, PR was 8 cases out of 23 patients .CR +PR was 52. 2 %. CR +PR in the contrast and observation group has significant difference. Conclusion Traditional medicine combined with chemical drugs can increase the remission rate of the lung cancer with reduced side effect of chemical drugs at the same time.[
