摘要
目的研究牛磺酸对GABA的替代作用。方法用氨基脲预处理后,观察牛磺酸在脑内GABA水平降低时对大鼠杏仁核点燃发展的影响;在小鼠氨基脲惊厥模型,计数惊厥发生率。结果脑内GABA水平降低时脑室注射牛磺酸400ug不能延缓大鼠杏仁核点燃发展进程(P>0.05);小鼠脑室注射牛磺酸40ug对氨基脲惊厥没有抑制作用,反有易化作用(P<0.01)结论牛磺酸不能替代脑内抑制性氨基酸神经递质GABA的作用。
Objective To study the effect of substitute taurine for GABA. Methods Pretreatmentwith semicarbazide (SCZ), the effect of taurine on the development of amygdala kindling in rats wasobserved when the levels of GABA decreased in the brain. Seizure incidence was recorded in SCZ-inducedseizure of mice. Results taurine (i. c. v injection 400ug) did not delay the development of amygdal akindling in rats when the levels of GABA decreased in the brain(P>0.05). It (i. c. v injection 40ug) didnot have inhibitory effect on SCZ-induced seizure of mice, but had facilitative effect (P <0.01 ).Conclusions The antikindling effect of inhibitory amino acid transmitters GABA was not substituted bytaurine.
