摘要
基于三维扫描和迭代最近点配准技术,建立一种定量分析牙冠修复体在模型上咬合的数字化辅助方法。用牙颌模型三维扫描仪分别获得上下颌石膏模型、预备体代型和牙冠修复体的三维数据,利用迭代最近点配准技术实现"虚拟就位"。在逆向工程软件中,利用测量距离等功能模块分析全冠修复体和对颌牙的咬合距离关系,获得牙冠修复体咬合的定量分析。通过配准、测量距离、计算面积等功能函数,实现了牙冠修复体在模型上的虚拟就位,定量分析了牙冠的咬合接触,初步建立了一种咬合接触的数字化定量获取路线,并对一例修复体进行了分析。初步建立了牙冠修复体在模型上咬合接触的三维数字化定量分析方法,为牙冠修复体制作效果的数字化评价奠定了基础。
To establish a quantitative method to evaluate the occlusion,based on 3-D scanning and the iterative closest point(ICP) registration algorithm,three-dimentional data of the die and full crown was collected by scanning,and achieving "virtual seating" using ICP registration algorithm.At last,access the quantitative analysis of the full crown occlusal.The function such as "poly-cloud comparison" and "polygon model-Surface Area " were used in the process.The quantitative digital route of measuring the occlusion was ste up.The method was decided and 1 case was analysized.The digital methods to measuring the quantitative description of occlusion is basically set up and laid the foundation for evaluating the full crown using digital methods.
