摘要
以咪唑、碘为原料,经双取代和脱碘反应得到4-碘-1H-咪唑,总收率为73.5%。该方法操作便捷,原料易得,收率高,成本低,各主要化合物结构经核磁共振氢谱确认。
4-iodo-1H-imidazole was prepared from iodine and imidazole via substitute reaction and deiodination reaction.The staring materials in the synthetic route are easily available and the yield is reasonable.The overall yield is 73.5%.The structures of the main intermediates are identified by 1H NMR.
