基于H.264的双向帧内预测研究

摘要 双向帧内预测(Bi-directional Intra Prediction,BIP)为了提高H.264的帧内编码效率,提出了两个方案:一是改变了宏块中子块的编码顺序;二是使用两种预测模式生成新的预测模式。采用三个典型的视频序列对双向帧内预测进行了实验,并将其与H.264标准帧内预测算法进行对比,从实验结果可以得出,使用双向帧内预测算法比不使用双向帧内预测算法的PSNR值平均增加0.25,码率平均减少了2.96%,编码时间平均增加了222%。 In order to increase the intra coding efficiency,two schemes are proposed in bi-directional intra prediction(BIP).One is to exchange the coding orders,while the other is to merge the two predictive modes to a new predictive mode.The performance is evaluated with three typical video sequences.The simulation result shows that the bi-directional Intra Prediction is able to reduce 2.96% coding rate,while increasing the coding time by 222% and the PSNR by 0.25.
