摘要
过盈配合是机械系统中常见的结构,但针对实际产品,过盈量由于加工精度问题是否能满足要求则无法检测。通过研究不同压力下机械结合面对超声波反射信号与压力的关系,得出使用超声波方法检测过盈配合结合质量是可行的方法。
Interference fit is common structure in mechanical system, but whether the magnitude of interference satisfies the requirement for a product is not clear. This paper researched on the relationship between mechanical joint and UT＇s reflected signal under different pressure, and concluded that the test method of interference fit bonding quality by using ultrasonic inspection method was feasible.
